The Shopify shop says orders are generally processed within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Available methods, delivery estimates, and charges are shown at checkout. The shop currently ships within the United States.
Custom orders are final sale
All custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale. Please check your selected size, color, names, spelling, dates, wording, and other details before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged or defective, or a preparation or printing error has been made, email twistedbrittnc@gmail.com promptly with the order number, a description, and clear photos.
